Falling into an undisturbed slumber is something dreams are made of (pun most certainly intended) and this is what Casper strives to give each and every one of their customers. We were tasked to staff their snuggly pop-up showroom in Covent Garden over 18 weeks to bring the Casper sleep experience to the UK, allowing customers to try their one-size fits all mattresses for themselves.
Our mission was to build and train a dynamic team of Angels to manage Casper’s sleep themed pop-up. Our aim? To build brand recognition through excellent product knowledge whilst embodying Casper’s quirky brand personality.
In the bustling centre of Covent Garden, our client created a pop-up showroom styled as a home complete with cosy bedrooms to trial the mattresses, fresh waffles served in the kitchen and even bookable slots to have a nap! Our Angels created the ideal environment for the product to shine through their strong customer service skills and embodiment of the brand.
Our team needed to be the perfect mix of brand ambassadors and retail wizards, fully trained by Casper to bring the brand to life and allow the customer to experience, not only the quality products, but also the unique brand personality at its heart. Creating a memorable brand experience whilst driving sales through exceptional product knowledge was our aim.
To deliver this we needed just the right people, and this is where our experience and skills shone through. We built the perfect team of Angels to embody the personality of the brand and become an extension of the Casper family, providing development, appraisals, and incentives along the way. The team was able to educate consumers on the Casper concept and outstanding product, displaying detailed product knowledge whilst managing the space and additional experiential events, all with the quirky flair of the brand itself.
