As well as managing the event planning and installation, our Angels were on hand to welcome and invite consumers to relax within The Aspall Cider Meadow, offering cider samples and booking hamper experiences.
Our mission was to generate brand awareness for Aspall Cider at the Taste of London Festival, by creating an immersive alcohol activation to amplify the sponsorship. We were tasked with building an environment, true to the brand – classy, yet accessible, and established yet contemporary.
The activation took place in a beautiful meadow with a large tipi-style tent, we designed and built a stunning Aspall branded bar and sourced an array of both retro and modern props. Throughout the immersive alcohol activation event, we coordinated all stock and delivery, to ensure a seamless picnic experience.
We filled the space with beautiful custom-made swinging chairs, garden furniture and meadow flowers while serving bespoke picnic hampers to accompany the cider. For added ambience, we organised a string quartet to serenade our picnickers with songs by Sia – staying on brand with a classy but accessible atmosphere.
By tapping into our knowledge of festival sites and logistics, we offered a full service for our client. We took care of all aspects of the activation, from H&S, power and documentation, to sourcing materials, building props, arranging printworks and finding the perfect String Quartet to work all 16 shifts.
